A key factor in powder coating quality and longevity is surface preparation and treatment. While a well-engineered part will perform and high-quality paints add appeal and resist wear, without the strong bonding between the two from proper surface preparation the value in both part and paint can be lost.

To maximise the lifetime of your painted products in any environment we recommend a complete course of surface preparation and pre-treatment. Depending on application and materials, this can include services from large scale removal of surface contaminants via media blasting all the way down to molecular scale surface etching and treatment priming with acids and chemical compounds.
